CONTRIBUTING IMAGES:
The IMAGE Project is based upon sharing images with others that we own so that students and instructors will have access to large collections of images that they can freely use for non-profit educational purposes. The IMAGE Selection Committee is looking for other CSU collections that can be linked to the IMAGE website. We welcome individual contributions as well, particularly in the areas of science and technology, contemporary art, anthropological images and popular culture. Historical Images that will help us fill out the art and architectural surveys are also needed (a list of these will be posted). Offered images must not duplicate images currently on the WorldArt or CIELO websites and must be accompanied with appropriate identifying information.

Image Selection Process
Potential contributors are asked to submit digital images accompanied by the title of the image(s), their names, and any other pertinent information they wish to supply.
Donors of images that are selected by the committee will be asked to
Certify that they hold valid copyright to the image (taken from an original work, not copied from a book published after 1925)
Certify that the image(s) may be used freely for non-profit educational purposes
Provide Images that are no less than 2000 pixels on the longest side (3000 preferred), in high quality jpeg or tiff format (5 megapixel camera or higher suggested)
Provide additional information about the image(s) using the Excel Travelers template available on Cataloguers Resources below:
