Eiffel Tower The Eiffel Tower is 300
meters high. It took two years of construction and was presented at the Paris Exposition
of 1889. It was designed by Gustave Eiffel which is why it bears his name. The tower
weighs 7,00 tons and consists of 15,00 metal pieces assembled with 2.5 million
